Saturday: Grab a Partner!


Tabata Mash Up
With a running clock complete as many reps as possible with your partner
in 8 rounds of 20 seconds on/ 10 seconds off. You will complete all of the rounds of each exercise before moving on. (your partner will do one round while you rest and vis versa so you each will do 4 rounds)

1. DB/KB Push Press (no jerking) *choose your weight, it should be light-moderate- this is for reps
