Back Squats
3 x 5 across *as heavy as possible
3 RFT:
10 Cleans, 155/105
15 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20
20 Wall Balls, 30/20
WE ARE CLOSED SATURDAY.
We have Tom Sroka coming for the weightlifting seminar all day on Saturday. We will be open normal hours on Sunday! If you missed the FB posting about yoga, we will not be having it while it's so cold in the mornings! I will post it up when we are ready to have it again (too cold to stretch with cold bodies, we'd just freeeeeze)
There are 5 spots left for Barbell Club. Barbell Club starts on Tuesday Jan 13th, it will run for 8 weeks on Tue/Thur nights at 7:30pm and Saturdays at Noon. If you'd like to get signed up there is a sheet on the front desk, please get your name on there!
This class focuses on the clean and jerk, and snatch.
