Tuesday

This is funny…lol! I know some of us were feeling like
this on DAY #1 of the challenge today. However,
this isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle change (for some of you). And 
change is hard, but only at first. Just like anything else we do, 
when we are new at it, it can be challenging but the longer we do it, the
 better we get and then it just becomes second nature.

15 min AMRAP: *alternate reps however you want. You can alternate every other round or you can alternate reps as you get tired. One partner working, one resting.
