Just a little motivation  for you guys to stay on track with your nutrition! 
This is Preston, I am not sure what year since he's been doing the nutrition 
challenges with us since he started but in a 5 month time
frame look at this!! CrossFit and healthy food BOOM!

3×1,000m Row, rest as needed between rows – goal is to maintain your 2k pace from last week across all three sets.

Barbell Club 
Starting next week! Tuesday and Thursday at 730pm, Saturday at Noon!
Looks like we have 5 spots left if you are thinking about signing up you better get on it before it fills up. The sign up sheet is on the front desk.

Weightlifting seminar this Saturday! There are 3 spots left. Cost is 120$ and you can register on the right hand side of this page under "events"
