Thursday Options-
1. Make up WOD from Mon or Tuesday
-or- 
2. Complete our team row! 
As a team of 3, complete a 5k Row
by doing 250m SPRINTS one at a time! 

YIN YOGA at 430pm. 430pm there will be no WOD options, just yoga! 
If you've never tried this class before, it's great for mobility in the hips/legs! If you have a yoga mat, bring one!! If not, bring a beach towel! :) It's going to be "hot" yoga tomorrow… lol
