Come work your mobility!
Yin Yoga focuses on seated positions to work the glutes, hamstrings,
groin, ligaments and joints of the hips/low back and knees.
Basically everything a CrossFitter should be focusing on!
I also throw in some lacrosse ball K-Star mobility pain…I mean work. Not
every time, but I change it up!
Basically just get your a** to the gym at 4:30pm is what I am saying!
Bring a yoga mat or a beach towel. See you there!
