Coach Andrew will be coaching the 5am and 6am classes on Thursdays!
Also, Coach Drew will be leading 4:30pm with some CrossFit Mobility, I'd still
bring your mats for any floor stretching but it will be more work with the bands and balls.
Teams of 3--
One person works a time, you switch as needed to total up the most reps as possible within the given time frame.
Complete 5 minutes at each station
1 minute rest between each station change
Station 1:
Choose (you choose weight)
25Ft. Increments = 1 rep
