Being a military town we have lots of members come and go when they get new orders and we are losing another one.  Wednesday was Amanda Ramassini's last day at CFU.  She's been a devoted morning and noon CrossFitter, always pushing herself to find new limits, and is always a pleasure to be around and have in class. We wish her and her family all the best at their new duty station. 

You will be greatly missed.
