EMOMx10: 3 Squat Cleans *you choose weight, it should be challenging for three reps per minute
Gymnastics Conditioning6 sets of 60% of your biggest unbroken set of muscle ups
- If you do not have your muscle ups, or more than just one at a time then you will be using your max rep pull ups as the % to go off of.
- If you finish early, work on muscle up transitions
