B4B is a Fundraiser to raise awareness and money for mammograms in action.

You can also do cash fundraising and bring it to the gym the day of the event. 

We will NOT have a class WOD for the evening classes this day. We will start heats at 4:30pm (I will post a heat list). 
You will just need to make sure to warm up on your own before your heat time.

This is the last week for the food drive, please bring in non-perishable but non-breakable food items if you can! 
We are in a competition with a handful of other boxes for the most pounds of food! If we lose, BURPEES for every pound the winning team gets!
