Hey guys and gals, sorry that this is late notice but tomorrow at 9am it will be OPEN GYM ONLY. 8am will be a regular class and so is every other class for tomorrow, only 9am will be affected! Thank you for your patience.
Weighted Pull Ups
5 sets of 2 -same weight across
*For those who aren't quite to pull ups yet your options are:
5x5 strict banded: blue or red bands ONLY
5x10 Ring Rows (get as supine as possible)
TABATA!!
20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds of each.
Complete all of one exercise before moving onto the next.
Air Squats
KB Swings
Sit Ups
Double Unders
YIN YOGA 4:30pm COME STRETCH!
If you haven't tried yin yoga yet, you don't need to have any skills! It's all floor work (stretching) and very good for CrossFitters and their tight legs!
