Partner completes the full round, and tags partner in to do the same.


SUNDAY CROSSFIT OPEN SKILL SESSION CLASS
For the next few weeks leading up to the CrossFit Games Open we will be focusing on one skill each week to practice common skills that always arise in each years Open.
This Sunday @ 10am: Focus- Pull-ups: Kipping/butterfly

(Class will be only 30 minutes to go over technique and progressions to help focus on better movement, you are welcome to stay during Open Gym to continue practicing them on your own time)
