Tuesday

Don't neglect your stretching, especially during this squat cycle.  We sometimes only have a few minutes to get in some post workout stretching but spending extra time on your own can do wonders for your mobility and recovery.
REMEMBER: Thursday's @ 4:30pm is the new ROMWOD class.
