Thursday

Many of you take REST DAYS on Thursday but urge you to come practice these skill movements:
Toes to Bar & Double Unders
Both take time to develop a good timing and rhythm to tie good sets together.  Toes to Bar will also be our Sunday Feb 7th, 10am Skills Class movement. I will be going over both techniques in our skills class, with some good progressions to help you work on the kip and technique needed to not have to scale these movements anymore. 

Thursday 4:30pm ROMWOD - Come get swole and flexy with Coach Drew and all the other supple leopards. 

DON'T FORGET - **Bring a Friend Day**
Do you have a friend or two that want to try CrossFit? What a perfect time to get them in to workout with you in our normal class setting! 
Both day's will be scaleable for beginners! Bring your friends in and show them how much fun CrossFit is
