Tuesday

I wanted to highlight these two. Brian and Alexis are a true power couple by every definition.  Not because they are both strong amazing athletes but because they feed off each other and push one another to be better.  This moment captured that in my opinion.  Alexis was hitting her squat program numbers and hit her 100% with ease, and of course Brian was highly impressed but then he got sad cause he gets back underway in a few days and wanted to be around to watch her hit a new PR.  So Alexis loaded up the bar and crushed it. (200# PR) After getting the nod from me of course.  We love these two and love the energy they bring to the gym. 
And...
I saw so many of you hit your old 1RM Back Squat today with ease and light up when crushing a weight that used to crush you.  I can't wait for us to retest next week and see you guys really max out after these last couple months of hard work and staying dedicated to the program.

ATTENTION!!!
InBody 370 and Shari from CrossFit Tidewater will be here Saturday February 27th @ 9am. We will not be having our normal 9am class time that morning. We will have a 10am class time. Those who want to take part in the InBody testing need to pay and sign up prior the 27th. Remember the testing is $35/person, we will take cash/check/paypal. I've attached the guidelines you need to follow prior to your testing, there will also be a short form to fill out when you arrive and some instructions from Shari. The sign up sheet will be on the gym front desk.
