Teams of 3
AMRAP 20:
7 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
7 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
60m Shuttle Sprint (in 10m increments)
7 Burpees
60m Shuttle Sprint

Teammates cycle through, one athlete at a time completing full rounds.
Score is total number of rounds the team completes in 20 minutes.


NO OPEN GYM THIS WEEKEND
Saturday CrossFit Class will be at 8am due to weightlifting clinic.


Weekend Weightlifting Clinic 

Sign ups are on the Front Desk.  $25 for one day or $40 for both days.
Saturday - April 9th 9am-12:30pm  (SNATCH)
Sunday  - April 10th 9am - 12:30pm (CLEAN & JERK)
