On the Minute x 20:
Minute 1 – 100m Prowler *no weight (if class is large add in sleds 65# added for men/45# added for women)
Minute 2 – 50m Farmers Carry (53’s/35’s)
Minute 3 – 15/12 Calorie Row
Minute 4 – 15/12 Calorie Bike
Minute 5 -  5-10 Strict Pull Ups 




Parents:
Our rules of no kids on the gym floor has been slowly disregarded, and as much as I love seeing the kids out and about and trying to do warm up things with the adults and parents, it's really unsafe and I really don't like having to feel like I'm babysitting and neither do the other coaches. As cute as it is there is just nothing safe about it and when the adults are trying to warm up all it takes is one second of us not paying attention and running into a child, knocking them over or worse getting hit by a piece of equipment. 
Kids are also FAST, take your eyes away for one second and you have no idea where they may end up. Most of the time the gym is being utilized on both sides, we have lifters in the lifting area and class on the rig side.

We need to PLEASE respect the rules.
Kids need to be in the kid room, unless they are old enough to sit on the front couches without wandering (and this means not wandering behind the front desk either, which I have seen multiple times) or else if they are young enough then they need to stay in their strollers/seats. 
I'm sorry if this is upsetting to anyone but these are the rules, always have been and need to be followed. It's 100% about their safety and also for the safety of others in class working out, nobody wants to be that person that accidentally causes an injury to a child.
