Teams of 3
AMRAP 20mins:
10 Squat Cleans 155/105
20 T2B
30 Deadlifts 155/105
Athletes 1 and 2 start on triplet(one athlete works at a time)
Athlete 3 starts on rower and completes 500m row before switching with a teammate.
One teammate must always be rowing and switch every 500m.
Score total reps in the triplet.
