Tuesday

Steve is a noon class regular and ever since the announcement of this years CrossFit Open, he has been dedicated to getting in the gym on a regular basis. His strength has gone up and even if he doesn't think so, his conditioning has improved... better than yesterday is what we all should strive to aim for.
