Tuesday January 9th

Starting this week join Coach Drew every 
Tuesday @ 530pm and Thursday @ 6am 
for the NEW Weightlifting Class.  This class will focus on skills, drills and mobility to help you better your weightlifting technique along with barbell cycling, complexes and heavy EMOMs as well. 


WOD
Back Squat
5-2-5-2-5-2-5-2


*Pick a weight that allows you to finish with a heavy 5 rep and a heavy 2 rep


Weightlifting Class WOD(Tuesday & Thursday same WOD)
EOMOMx 12
1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk

*Start at 60-80% of 1 rep of weakest lift and increase with each set if too easy.
