Tuesday @ 530pm and Thursday @ 6am
for the NEW Weightlifting Class. This class will focus on skills, drills and mobility to help you better your weightlifting technique along with barbell cycling, complexes and heavy EMOMs as well.

Back Squat

*Pick a weight that allows
you to finish with a heavy 5 rep and a heavy 2 rep

1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk
*Start at 60-80% of 1 rep of weakest lift and increase with each set if too easy.
